Crime blog #1
So I read a couple of blogs about car theft in Sacramento. I learned that the car theft rate in Sacramento has gone down, and in fact has pushed Sacramento out of the top ten cities in the nation. They also say that the rate is going to keep dropping, at least for a couple of year. I am writing a paper for my english class, and would love any feed back and information on the car theft rate in Sacramento. Thanks

Just in the last few months, i heard a story about a car theft scam at Arden Fair mall. Apparently, theives were placing flyers on the windows of parked cars, and when the drivers would notice, stop, and get out to grab it, the car thief would jump out and steal the car. I'll see if I can find an article somewhere.
